Moms & Babies at The Support Cafe
What a Typical Day Looks Like
9:00 AM – Moms & Babies Circle
We start the day together. A quiet space for moms to settle in, share stories, and know they’re not doing this alone. Whether you speak up or just listen, you belong.
10:30 AM – Coffee + One-on-Ones
There’s room for a deeper chat if you want one — with another mom, a helper, or just someone who listens well. No pressure. Just honest connection, one mom to another.
11:30 AM – Lunch for Moms
A shared table and a warm meal, no strings attached. This is time to take care of yourself — because your health and strength matter too.
12:30 PM – Developmental Play / Yoga / Art
Gentle activities for you and your baby. Some weeks it's play, some weeks it’s stretching, or a hands-on project. Always simple, soothing, and full of care.
1:45 PM – Peer Support & Affirmations
We end with something to carry out the door — a bit of peace, perspective, or encouragement. Just enough to remind you: you're doing better than you think.
You Deserve Support — No Strings Attached
Motherhood is beautiful. It’s also exhausting, confusing, and sometimes lonely. This group is here to give you space — to breathe, to talk, to figure things out without pressure or judgment.
It’s About You and Your Baby, Both
A baby needs a mom who’s cared for, motivated, and confident. That’s what this space is for: helping you feel okay, so you can give your best without losing yourself.
Come As You Are — Really
Whether you show up tired, dressed up, in tears, or with questions — you’re welcome. You don’t need to prove anything. Just bring yourself and your little one. We’ll make space for both of you.
